Manny and team showed up when they said they were going to and immediately got to work. We have a rather large roof and they completed the job efficiently and quickly also while installing a new skylight. They made sure to clean up our yard and not to damage shrubbery in the process. By 5:00 on the dot the job was complete and they were on their way. We had received other quotes and Shine had the best reviews and the best prices. It was a no brainer choosing them. I’d highly recommend Manny and his team.
Shine did a fantastic job striping and reshingling my house. They sent a large crew and had it done in 1 day. They cleanned up on the same day and returned the next day to check their cleaning and rake the yard for nails once again. We were very satasfied with the price and a job well done.
From quote to complete was under 1 week. A representative showed up when the supplies were delivered (a few days before the install) to make sure they were correct. A 1 day delay was due to a prior job running over. They called as soon as they knew they couldn't make the original date to let me know. no guessing about when they would arrive. It was a small job, 1 car garage, and they were in and out in under 4 hours. everything was picked up and left cleaner than when they arrived. I would highly recommend them.
After receiving six quotes for roof replacement, I chose Shine Construction. Their estimate was right in the middle, but Manny had me sold right away (I didn't let him know that though). He came to the house VERY well prepared with shingle samples, new ventilation sample, a folder with examples of all the materials that would be used on the new roof, insurance binder and went over his quote line by line. After deciding on Shine, he came out again to give us a quote on replacing some side boards. He sent one of his men to measure our chimney so we could order a roof cap that he offered to install for free. The roof was installed in a very timely fashion as well as the side boards. Very professional, HARD working men and woman. I was very pleased with the whole process from start to finish. I would like to mention that they went above and beyond for us because our chimney cap was a special order, so one of their men had to come back weeks later to install the chimney cap for us!! I would HIGHLY recommend Shine Construction.

My property was left immaculate and the dumpster was removed promptly. Bottom line- I love my roof and Shine is a great construction company!
Manny and his team are excellent! I called for a quote and Manny came to my home the next business day. He gave us the options to address our roofing issue with a breakdown of cost and warranties and explained everything. His team were out the next day to do the job. All materials used were kept neat and throughly cleaned up and promptly removed upon completion. Highly recommend calling Manny!
